WB Reform and Growth Monitor
The WB Reform and Growth Monitor project commenced in December 2024. It
aims to strengthen the role of civil society organisations (CSOs) in monitoring and
advocating for key economic reforms and infrastructure projects in the Western
Balkans under the EU Growth Plan.
The project’s objective is to enhance transparency, promote inclusive dialogue, and
support participatory processes in implementing Reform Agendas (RAs) in areas
such as good governance, green transition, digitalisation, human capital
development, and strengthening the business environment.
The Center for European Policy (CEP) plays a significant role in the project as a
partner responsible for developing methodologies for monitoring reforms and
infrastructure projects, organising consultative mechanisms, providing training for
civil society organisations, and coordinating regional activities. CEP also leads the
mini-grant program and contributes to developing communication strategies to
enhance the transparency of reforms and increase their visibility among citizens.
